The newletters are posted as .PDF files. If you do not have Adobe's Acrobat Reader installed on your machine, use the link at the bottom of the page to get it.

Using the left mouse button to click on one of these links will result in the Adobe Reader being started and the subject file read in for viewing. If you would prefer to download the document to your local disk, use the right mouse button and select either "Save Link Target As ..." or "Save Target As ..." depending on whether you are using Netscape or Internet Explorer. Once the document is downloaded, you can read it whenever you like by starting the Adobe Reader without having to be online.
